Once you've decided on a home you love, I'll  guide you seamlessly through the offer process,  negotiate on your behalf with skill and experience and assist you through the myriad of details pertaining to the purchase. I will also connect you with other trusted professionals as required such as inspectors, lawyers, insurance brokers, etc., and attend any inspections with you during the conditional period.
